Carbon capacity of gray forest soils in the Chechen Republic

Common areas of research needed to measure soil carbon include: (1) the impact forest management, (2) climate change, and (3) increased dioxide. The organic matter has a great influence on productivity site due its effect physical (bulk density, water retention capacity), biological (microbial populations) chemical (cation exchange capacity) properties soils. Recently, there have also been claims benefits dead wood for ecosystems. However, as with all nutrients, too much in can negative consequences, especially regard nitrogen immobilization.
